Horrible. The only king size was smoking which would normally have been ok. However it reaked and I asked if they could possibly move us to another room which they did, to a double which was also ok. However, the bed was unmade and dirty towels were hanging in the bathroom. I asked for a refund but they said no because of the third party on line registration. They moved us again, and I noticed the night clerk making the bed in the 2nd room, not with clean sheets, just pulling up the covers. We couldn't get into the third room with the key they gave us, went downstairs, got another key, still couldn't get in, the night clerk came up and shouldered the door to get in. There was a huge red stain on the carpet.
