1. Try someplace else!

We stayed here one night while moving our 3 dogs and 1 cat to our new home in Montana. There were no extra charges for the pets after paying for 2 rooms. However, the place was old and squeezed between the freeway and the railroad tracks. There was no place to walk the dogs.
