It was a terrible experience. We actually left the same day we arrived. The room was filthy and the carpet was all wet around the bathroom. The noise level was beyond what we expected and we had to walk the dog in a cement parking lot. We did leave our dog for a few hours, but I felt bad and had to get back. We paid the full amount and left. I would have been much better off with a kennel for alot less money.
