1. Not Fit for Your Animals!

This is one of the nastiest lodgings in Clearwater. We've stayed there several times; it started out as a nice place, but numerous ownership changes over the last 3 years have resulted in it eventually falling into the hands of Who-Knows-Whom. Our last stay (March 2007) was notable for the odor of the room and the lack of hot water. We stayed only till we could find lodging elsewhere. We did not bring a pet.
