1. Palmer House Hotel
by Shelly of Milwaukee, WI
Our puppies stayed at the famous Palmer House in Chicago. Everyone was so kind to them, even when we had to walk them through their beautiful lobby/bar.
Our pups had started to whine while we were away and when we returned we heard a knock on the door. Four staff members came to visit and said that they had heard them crying so they had come to walk them and give them treats. They were so polite and we didn't feel that we were inconveniencing them at all, although we obviously were. When we were present, the pups slept like babies at the Palmer House.
2. Beautiful!
by Shelly of Milwaukee, WI
This beautiful hotel is so kind to pets and even the guests shower attention on our puppy-girls. It's wonderful to come through registration (beneath the beautiful tiled ceiling) with our pretty dogs.
The hotel rooms are old fashioned and small, but that's the beauty of a grand old hotel like the Palmer House.

Everything was fine other than at check in I was asked to sign a contract stating I would never leave the dog unattended in the room and it was my understanding that he would only have to be in a crate if we were out of the room and wanted maid service.
