What do you want for $40 on Labor Day

The corridors smelled like vomit. The place had super amenitites that we didn't expect, frig, micro, coffee maker, big sink, cabinets. However, it really needed some clean up. But for Labor Day weekend and they take dogs, what would you expect for $40.99. Also, when you called the front desk they did not respond to any needs. Housekeeping however, when there in morning was excellent.

It was awful, to put it mildly. They are going to refund my payment for the night's stay. I will go out of my way, and pay more to upgrade, from now on. My criteria was 2 fold, near the Florida Turnpike and pet friendly. The pet friendly part was just fine, and it was just off the turnpike.
