Thanks again for encouraging us to stay at the Comfort Inn in Lake Placid. My dog Khaki and I had a wonderful stay on our way to picking up my daughter at riding camp.
The prepaid room made checkin and checkout very simple and there was absolutely no discrimination against my 78 pound Retriever.
The hotel is relatively new with interior rooms facing a huge indoor pool area with hot tub and bar. Breakfast was complimentary and excellent, and the walking areas for the dog were extensive including a lakeside hill with Adirondack chairs and canoes and rowboats available. All is all an excellent choice
