They were very helpful trying to find a room near the door/elevator as my Golden sleeps in a crate and though not heavy is not easy to manuever down hallways and through doors. They have luggage carts which helped immensely.

This hotel was excellent. They did not even charge us the pet deposit. We could not have stayed in a nicer pet friendly hotel. We will use BringFido again. Thank you!!!
