Hotel was in the process of reconstruction and yet, it still felt very comfortable. Staff was awesome in meeting and moreover exceeding your expectations. My dog felt very comfortable and they even had a "doggie care package" for him which included treats, bowl and chew toy. I like being a member of Kipton Hotels and would stay at any of their locations whenever possible.
