1. Roach Motel

Safar Inn is an overpriced roach motel. We were politely greeted by a friendly young man. That is the only good thing about our 3 day stay. They refused to clean the room because of the dogs, then reluctantly gave us more towels after an argument. Granted my dogs are larger than 40 lbs, however they were in a kennel when we were not in the room, as is their policy. I also called to confirm the reservation and spoke to someone at Safar Inn and told them the dogs were over 40 lbs. I killed 2 cockroaches and had to sleep with the lights on. When we checked out a lady rudely told us she "hoped that the room was alright" then refused to walk down to the room and check for damage with us, while we were there, to confirm that no damage had been done to the room. My dogs are very clean and extremely well behaved. I was more worried about them picking up some sort of bugs from the room. Never again!

We stayed at Safar Inn as there was no other availability in the area for pets. The room was relatively clean. They were accomodating, as I needed to stay beyond the check out time, and they also helped me get my computer on line.
