What a great hotel. It's beautiful and the staff is so service-oriented. Our dogs have stayed there twice and they are treated so nicely by the staff and other guests! Would highly recommend this hotel.

I continue to love this hotel. It's beautiful, the service is excellent and they treat our dogs like the princesses that they are. The very best experience from both a human and dog perspective.

Definitely a 5 star experience! The rooms are large, clean, beds, and amenities were awesome. We were offered any item we needed for our 2 dogs, bowls, etc.... Plenty of space outside to walk the dogs. The staff was very courteous. We will definitely stay again the next time we are in the Twin Cities.

Staff is very friendly and helpful. Hotel is beautiful, clean and up to date. We were welcomed, 2 dogs, 2 adults - to a first floor room - easy access, plenty of places to walk the dogs. Will definitely come back to stay at this hotel in the future.
