At check-in, you’ll get a welcome kit with a dog toy, name tag, food & water bowls, clean-up bags, and a pet-in-room sign for your door. Your dog will also get a custom dog bed and a special treat at turndown each night. Plus, lots of the W employees are dog lovers, and they’d be happy to take your dog out on a walk if you’re going to be out. You just have to ask.

This hotels website promised ALOT more than what they delivered. I only receieved 1 small bowl. (I don't know about you, but I need food AND water) The bowl said MEOW, as did the mat. The bed was too small for me, hard cushion and it was dirty and stained. YUCK! I did not receive anything they said I would at check in. (As if I need another tag anyway!) I did find the king size human bed comfy. But the service was indifferent and non-existent.
