We were well cared for, as they offer a nice breakfast buffet, and were able to open the dog food can when we forgot a can opener. Everything was clean, though I'm not sure what they recently remodeled. About 3/4 mile from giant Bidwell Park, so close to a place to run dogs, and plenty of safe sidewalks nearby for walking, and a nice place just across the cul-de-sac for "business-doing".
