The stay at the hotel was great. Before I went, I called to confirm and was help by Brenda. She was so nice and helpful. She even called me back ahead of time as soon as she realized that she wouldn't have the specific type room available - which wasn't a problem. We got in at 4am after driving all night. The beds were very comfortable and inviting. The only thing was that I think the website said the $35 pet fee was refundable but it wasn't. I could have read the information wrong but I was aware of the fee before I checked in because Brenda had informed me when I called to confirm. Overall, I was very pleased with the room. They even allowed us a late checkout so we could leave our dog in the room while we shopped at the furniture mart. We would definitely return!
