Well, when we arrived, the Hotel staff said that we did not have a reservation and they had never heard of bringfido.com - finally they found our reservation under M and not D. The dogs were not given any special attention, though we did not expect this. I hope this is helpful and that someone will contact them with our less-than-helpful check-in staff.
