1. Non-Refundable Fee - TOO HIGH!

You will probably hear from Sharon as well, but here's my take: Great accomodations and facilities, but nonrefundable pet fee is a flat $100 regardless of length of stay and number of pets and we somehow missed the nonrefundable part of this until I was at the counter and it was too late.
