1. maid service needs work
by Alan of Karwasky, NY
Everything was nice except for the housekeeping. Dishes had not been washed and we received no maid service. When we checked in, we asked if the dog could be in the room during maid service or would we have to be there or would we have to make arrangements. They said everything would be taken care of. When we returned Saturday at around 5:30 pm the maid had not been in. The reason: she was afraid of the dog. A little coordination was all that was needed.
