Ranked in the Top Ten U.S. Resorts by the Conde Nast Traveler's Readers' Choice Awards the Sundance Resort is located approximately 50 miles from Salt Lake City International Airport. Sundance is a year-round mountain community on 6 000 acres at the base of the 12 000-foot Mount Timpanogos in the north fork of Provo Canyon. In 1969 Robert Redford envisioned the careful growth of a community that would foster alliance of arts and recreation while preserving the integrity of the land.The heart of Sundance is the Sundance Village complete with 95 guest cottage rooms mountain homes restaurants an artisan center and conference facilities tucked into the surrounding forest. The complex has restaurants ski equipment rentals and a full-service spa.All studios suites and mountain homes have varying amenities but all feature fireplaces refrigerators microwaves separate vanities and baths and entertainment facilities.Please note that for reservations 14 days or more in advance of arrival a deposit of two nights is required at bookings. The remainder will be collected 14 days in advance of arrival. For reservations within 14 days of arrival a full deposit is required at booking. Cancellations of more than 24 hours prior to arrival will be assessed a fee. Cancellations within 24 hours of arrival will forfeit 100 percent of stay.
