1. Pet Friendly but Left a Lot to be Desired

Our stay at the Alcoa Days Inn was not the best. We were greeted by a very friendly, efficient clerk who welcomed our pets and swiftly assigned us to a pet room. Unfortunately, after that, the experience went quickly downhill. The 1st room we were given was filthy (trash on the floor and in the cans, unmade beds, filthy bathroom). The second room smelled like a cigarette butt can. I would not stay there again. My puppies should not be relegated to dirty, smelly rooms. They are clean - so their surroundings should be.
