The only negative of our room was, it was very hot... no AC only ceiling fan and windows.
The Hotel itself was beautiful and had lots of information on its history.

This hotel has a great historic feel however the rooms are pretty outdated. There was no AC so our room was VERY hot even in the night with the windows open. The hotel staff was very accomodating and brought us a fan which helped. The hotel was welcoming to our 70 pound dog, and only charged a $15 fee. They do allow the dogs to be left in the room alone if you leave a contact number in case the dog barks constantly. Overall, we had a nice stay however at $120 per night I would have expected the rooms to be a bit nicer.
