I stayed at the Oakdale when I was visiting my family in Owatonna. The price was affordable, but the accomdations of the room we stayed in was below standards. There were holes in the walls, the carpet had stains, and there were cigartte burns on the counter tops. The noise level was very loud - you can hear everything that went on around you. When we checked out the owner was really rude to my family. I'm not sure about you, but back home at least they pretend to care. I'd rate this hotel a -5 if there was a option for it.
