This is the first time we have taken our pet on a vacation using a hotel. I really didn't know what to expect. I know I was very, very curious about the cleanliness of the room. How can it be really clean when there have been dogs living in it. The carpet in our room (131) was very badly soiled, it should have been rug doctored. A spray had been used to disguise the odor of dog in the room causing me great discomfort (eyes watering and nose became blocked). We monitored our dog in and out of the premises. She was on leash at all times and did not interfere with anyone (although, she did bark when she heard some small children running down the hall). Your staff were very professional and polite.
