My only real negative comment is regarding being placed on the 3rd floor with our dogs. We had to manuever hallways and elevators each time we needed to walk our dogs.
The facility was very neat and clean and provided ample room for my husband, our two dogs, and myself. Even with the inconvenience of being on the 3rd floor - we would probably use this facility again.
