Hubby & I have stayed here every May and Sept. for almost a decade. Linda Y. the day manager (now retired) was the greatest. She & I and a housekeeper(sorry I forgot your name) would sit out front on the bench in the early morning and shoot the breeze about local shopping tips along with coffee, donuts and a smoke or two. Wonderful people. Clean & neat motel. Great place to stay. Warm & friendly. I found this site because we have a Great Dane "puppy",(ok so she is the size of a horse) 11 months old, that we would like to have travel with us. Hubby had 3 heart attacks in 2006 and this is his walking companion and therapy dog. GREAT that this motel is pet friendly without "out-of-this-world" charges for dogs.
