1. Very Hospitable staff

This hotel is in a nice and convenient location. The front desk staff was hospitable and our room was clean. It is not overly fancy, but very acceptable for our four legged friend! Due to a work related situation I was forced to leave a day early.

After reading the previous reviews I had some reservations about booking this hotel but I was pleasantly surprised - the room was clean, the beds were nice and service was good. If you want a good basic hotel I would recommend it. The one downside is that the pet deposit was $50, not the $20 shown, but they did drop it down to $25 when I told them about the discrepancy from the website.
