Big Backyard

Thor loved the big backyard which was surrounded by trees and underbrush, well away from traffic. The room had plenty of space for Thor's bed and human traffic. Some very friendly staff were willing to work with us to best meet Thor's needs (grassy back access instead of stairs) and the complimentary breakfast was more than just danishes and coffee. Outstanding!

Still a great place to stay! The staff was more than willing to work with us on a room change to decrease the distance our old boy would have to walk. We even got the same room, which made Thor feel right at home. The only reason it doesn't get 5 bones is some of the bathroom fixtures are showing some wear(leaking). However, they still have an outstanding breakfast buffet (grits, gravy, oatmeal, biscuits, danishes, muffins, cereals, milk, juices and coffee). No charge for large or multiple dogs, we had both. We saw lots of doggie friends enjoying the big backyard. For doggie purposes, this place gets a 5.

The hotel located in Elizabethtown KY, was very friendly to the pets. Lots of space for them to walk and many of the people staying there had dogs. Staff was friendly, bathroom could use a little repair, but the room was clean and comfortable. I will stay there again on the next visit.
