1. Not the best, or the worst.

They didn't seem to care one way or the other, so I'm assuming the pet policy was accurate. The first thing that happened was that they didn't have our room. They did upgrade us to another room, but I heard one of the front desk people whisper that they didn't accept dogs on that floor. The other front desk person replied "I don't know - it doesn't matter". We did find a back door that we took the dogs in and out of. I saw no other dogs in that hotel, but we were only there for a couple of days and attended a wedding one day. We did not leave our dogs in the room, but always brought them with us. Our dogs were definitely not treated like royalty, it was as if they didn't exist.
When we checked out, their policy was to charge the room to our credit card at that time. However, the money had already been taken out of our checking account a long time ago, so they were not authorized to use the credit card again. They were not aware the money was already taken out, in fact, they seemed to be confused about a lot of things. Anyway, we hope it was figured out because we left after that.
Not the best hotel stay I've ever had, but not the worst either.
