1. Nice hotel, horrid staff

The hotel itself was pretty, but the staff wouldn't give us dog beds for our dogs, also our room wasn't ready at 5:30pm when we arrived after driving for 10 hours. There were tons of people there with their dogs. The staff treated to dogs well. The staff was lack luster in hospitality and quality.
