We stayed at the Mariner a few years ago with our Rotty. It was a wonderful place to stay. They had a doggie social one night. They allow your pet to do anything that you let it do at home. I would recommend to anyone.
The Mariner

The owners of this Motel had been threating to close it, and build a Mega Hotel on the spot. That would be sad. The Mariner is a 50's type Motel that really is a sactuary full of wonderful Palms and Bald Oaks. There is no smoking inside the walls, dogs abound, there are regular doggie nights. The rooms are built from an ancient boat! Huge beautiful beams hold up the roof. The bedding and furniture run from new to not too old, and are comfortable. This would be a 10 if kept a just little cleaner (some dust, allergy sufferers may have some problems). This place is a gem and should not be torn down, it trully is worth visiting.
