A Newberry Inn and Conference center is a 119 room full service property located on the lower campus behind the Holiday Inn. The campus includes two swimming pools- a restaurant- lounge- and comedy club. All of our guest rooms include complimentary high-speed Wi-Fi internet access- free local calls- in room coffee- blow dryers- irons and ironing boards- pay-per-view movies and Nintendo 64 games. The lounge and comedy club offers nightly entertainment ranging from live bands to stand-up comedians. All guest services- including check-in- is located at the Holiday Inn front desk.

Ramada Limited Gainesville allows a maximum of 2 dogs (under 25 lbs.) in each guest room for a nightly fee of $10/each.
