1. No Hot Water for Shower
by Terrie of Sacramento, CA
The hotel is indeed pet friendly, but I was too tired to bring my dog after all. However, when I tried to leave in the morning at 6:00 am, there was no hot water for a shower, and I was told I couldn't get help or hot water until after seven. I was also told I couldn't check out until after 7:00 am because there was no staff available to help me.
2. Sacramento
by Miranda of Sacramento, CA
The hotel was nice and people were helpful. Other guests had their dogs there too. The rooms were comfortable, but the bed quilt needed to be washed and the towels were dingy... Other than that there was no real area to take your dog to go potty- so we had to use the shrubs outside the building and walk the neighboring businesses grass areas.
