1. A unique hotel

We just returned home from a two night stay at the Port Hadlock Inn with our two dogs - 1 mastiff X and 1 whippet X. We found this hotel to be "dog friendly". Our dogs were genuinely welcomed and although the hotel does not provide a welcoming basket or dog treats we were made to feel "at home" in the hotel. All the staff were "dog friendly" and seemed to be genuinely interested in our dogs. The breakfast which was included in the room rate was excellent - cereal, eggs, hashbrowns, bacon, yogurt, bagels, toast and make your own waffles. The hotel has very unique art and the room was clean and comfortable. We found the dog fee a little steep and the room a little noisy as it was over the kitchen but we would definitely visit this hotel again.
