    1. Needs a Little Work

    At first glance the rooms look nice. The fixtures, bedspreads, and furniture are updated. But at closer inspection you can tell this property needs basic maintenence. Our room:
    *Air conditioner panel broken and greasy (works though)
    *drapery curain rod hanging askew
    *evidence the door has been kicked in (doesn't latch correctly)
    *telephone in poor condition
    *no phone book in room
    *Tooth pick wrapper & gum wrapper found on floor in plain site
    Front desk staff is pleasant & helpful. We are always happy to find a hotel that accepts large dogs (turned away from 3 in this town - 15 lbs or under)!
