This is a small family-owned-and-operated establishment offering clean comfortable rooms at a moderate price. Nestled in the heart of the quiet village of Buxton and situated in the midst of Cape Hattera's National Seashore guests are able to enjoy over 100 miles of clean white-sand beach as well as easy access to shopping sightseeing and the wide variety of activities offered by the Outer Banks such as windsurfing at Canadian Hole board surfing kite-surfing swimming birding shelling and kite flying.It offers a complete range of accommodations from motel rooms to suites with living rooms. Pets are welcome in designated rooms (advance reservations necessary). Feel free to unwind at the pool following a long day at the beach or use the picnic tables and gas or charcoal barbeque grills on the grounds surrounding the pool. Try a game of horseshoes or croquet. All room configurations are available in both smoking and non-smoking preferences with either a tub or a shower. All suites are located in the Courtyard cottages surrounding the circular entry drive. Standard and deluxe rooms are available in both the Courtyard cottages and the two-story main motel building. Daily maid service is provided and all accommodations feature cable TV and individually controlled air-conditioning and heat.
