One night stop to see family. Dogs were happy and we found the room very nice. Staff greeted us and very helpful. Walk path along the road with plenty of grass. Surprised how reasonable it was too. Denver dog fees are really high!

We stopped at the Sheraton Denver West Hotel on our way to Mount Rushmore. The bed was super cozy!

This was our first time using the BringFido App. Overall we enjoyed our stay at the Lakewood, Colorado Sheraton. However there were a few hiccups. First we reserved a king size room, only to find out on arrival they only had queens left. So we thought not that big of deal ”right”, the receptionist assured us, the rooms were the same other than the beds. We found our room was clean, great view of surrounding mountains. But that being said once we set our luggage down, we noticed there was no refrigerator or microwave. We made the front desk aware, next thing you know we have a knock on our door; you got it, a refrigerator. It was really so nice, seeing how fast staff took care of our problem. We never received the microwave, but that ended up not being, that big of deal. The Sheraton’s location was fantastic, with easy freeway access. It was close to several restaurants, that made it nice since there restaurant was closed still, due to COVID-19.

Stayed there for one night with a large dog, had to manage the dog and go up and down the elevator to the 5th floor, which was tricky. No great place for walking the dog around.

We are currently staying at this hotel and got a nice room with 2 queen beds. The rooms are clean and the bed and pillows are nice and comfortable. There is a good enough place to walk the dog, and of course we are trying to be “no impact” on the room, hotel, and guests with our little golden retriever. It’s nice to be able to have the opportunity to stay here with our little buddy. The only thing I’m not sure of is if there is continental breakfast available or not, but I have no complaints about our stay so far.
