Room reeks of pee. Luckily I had a few wipes with me so I started to wipe down the floor and it came out yellow. I had to purchase Lysol spray and a swiffer to mop down the whole floor just to find a pee puddle under the pull-out couch. The curtains were pee stained as well. Horrible experience, would give 0 if possible. I have pictures of the pee puddle and pee stained curtains. I was not expecting something spotless from Best Western but this is just unacceptable. It’s only been 2 nights but I’m currently looking for another hotel. Stay away!

You have to be in outside room on the bottom floor. There is light that can be seen through the door. So our puppy saw movement outside and would bark. Also are very thin so could hear people in the other rooms and he would bark. Our puppy does not normally bark unless someone knocks. He always sleeps through the night. The bathroom door didn’t close all the way and the fridge had a knocking noise. The toilet takes a while to fill with water so it will flush. The room was very clean and no carpet so don’t have to worry about accidents. Also the furniture is very dog friendly.

Front desk staff was so helpful! Room 110 is pet friendly, non-smoking, one king plus pull out sofa. Perfect for us! Great location, no weird smells, plenary of grass for our pup!

It was a fine spot for the dog! Just right out the door and grass around the parking lot--with a trash receptacle by the side of the building. Floor was all vinyl--no carpet, so kind of icky for us humans and slippery for the dog. The bedsprings were broken on one side of the bed which made it not very nice for the humans. We would have asked to change rooms, but we head already wiped the entire room down with disinfectant (coronavirus time) and unpacked, so we really didn't want to do it all over again. The motel was convenient to fast food restaurants.
