Dog walking area is entirely covered in dog feces, can’t take your dog out without stepping in it yourself!! There are pet bags available but no one uses them and none of the staff clean the area! Most of the staff are amazing especially the manager and cleaning ladies, but night guy who works the front desk is RUDE!! Older lady who works the desk at night is incredibly kind and accommodating :)

Overall, the location wasn't bad, the room was average to slightly better than average and clean, and the grassy area was large enough and well supplied with poo bags and a trash can. My complaint is the overnight. The first night, our heating/air was malfunctioning and making a loud sound plus clicking every 20-45 minutes. The second night, the hotel attendant had a guest that spoke very loudly in the lobby (around the corner from our pet room). The first few times, I assumed it was someone walking by. Finally called the front desk, and it immediately silenced. BringFido did not relay that we needed a pet room, but they were able to adjust our room without issue.

My friend and I stayed at this hotel and the staff was so great! Friendly and genuine. My friend brought her dog and they put us in a room near the pet area. Someone was always at the desk and offered treats and lots of attention to Kermit and he LOVED every minute of it. The rooms are spacious and even have a kitchen. I highly recommend this hotel if you going to Kansas City!

This place is amazing! Both my girlfriend and my dog loved the suite-style room with the downstairs laundry and convenience store. Helpful staff. Clean amenities.
