Great urban pet-friendly hotel

Very welcoming of our dog -- from the bellman to front desk staff to the room service server who delivered a complimentary bowl of hungarian stew for our dog's breakfast the first morning. There was a dog bed in the room, as well as 2 bowls and a Welcome Kit with clean-up bags, treats and suggestions for walks and stops along the way. Nine Zero is a stone's throw from the Boston Common, which is great space in which to walk a dog.

We visit Boston quite frequently. The staff truely LOVES dogs. They make us and our Labrador feel so welcome and at home. We have stayed here several times with and without our dog. We won't stay anywhere else. The location is great. Our dog loves Boston Common just across the street. We're headed there today for 4th of July fun.
