The hotel was very, very clean and tastefully decorated. Hotel staff were more than accommodating with the fact that we had a pooch with us. They listened to our requests not to send the maids unless we were in the room and even made a special stop later in the afternoon to tidy up. I would highly recommend Crowne Plaza Pittsfield.

nice hotel,staff was friendly and helpful. pool was very deep for our children though and room service wasn't so great. overall, the hotel was clean and nice.
