Description of Cape Inn Resort
Located on Province Town's East End one mile from the town center and on the summer shuttle route. Cape Inn Resorts features Cape Inn with deluxe water view rooms and BreakWater Motor Inn with more moderately priced non-view rooms. All have full private bath telephones voice mail data ports cable TV AC and complimentary continental breakfast. Cape Inn rooms have refrigerator coffeemaker iron/board and hairdryers. Movie theatre on premises (theatre closed January) in season restaurant serving breakfast and dinner. Poolside bar and grill open during summer months for lunch.

We stayed @ the ' Breakwater ' section of the Motel - it was filthy! There was mold on the bathroom walls and my son would not go near the pool! Stay away!
