Spent 5 nights at the hotel in April. The rooms were clean. We had a room with 2 double beds. The room had 2 closets which helped store shopping purchases and suitcases. There was an ironing board and hairdryer in the room. The bathroom was small but sufficient to shower. The staff was very cordial and any questions or concerns we had were answered immediately. The staff helped us locate areas to walk the dogs and had no problem with us leaving the dogs while we visited the nearby witch attractions. There are 2 restaurants at the hotel. The Tavern is a casual style pub. The food is traditional pub fare with a New England flair. The Nathaniel is fancier and the food although pricey is excellent. The Sunday Brunch is exceptional and many local folks rave about it. The hotel does do a lot of catering events. While we were there they had several. Do to this parking can be a problem for hotel guests, but the staff gave me a ticket and allowed me to park in the front of the building. One complaint I had was that the quote from bring Fido was significantly different from the price I paid when I got to the hotel. I would suggest calling and verifying prices before you go. There were no special treats or services for the dogs and the TV in the room was small. I would return to this hotel as it is close to all attractions and we barely had to use our car.
