Description of Clarion Resort Fontainebleau Hotel
The Clarion Resort Fontainebleau Hotel is located on the beach and approximately five miles from Ocean City Outlets. This location is also 10 miles from Assateague National Seashore Boardwalk and Ocean Downs. Hotel amenities include the gift shop beauty shop fitness center sauna and indoor heated pool with hot tub. Located on the property are Breakers Pub which serves lunch and dinner and Horizons which is open for breakfast lunch and dinner. Room service is available. The Clarion also offers bell service free parking (or valet parking) free weekday newspapers and valet laundry service. Small pets are welcome (fee may apply). All rooms have high-speed Internet access microwaves refrigerators air-conditioning interior access hairdryers irons voicemail and cable TV.

Not the best for pets.

The hotel lobby is about the only public place our small Maltese was allowed, She is always leashed and well behaved. There is not area on the beach for pets. There was a small "dog park" which was about 10'x10'. Most people did not pick up after their dogs, so this should be monitored. We were very dissappointed that we could not even sit outside the outdoor bar area with her. I would not recommend this hotel if traveling with your pet.
