A $75 pet fee is silly-- and on my bill it was actually $84, I am guessing due to taxes? They also tack on other fees. I wouldn't stay here again. Much better options for the price.

Safe Stay: Four Points by Sheraton Asheville Downtown has enhanced cleaning and safety measures in place, and follows the Commitment to Clean (Marriott) cleanliness and sanitization policy. Masks and hand sanitizer are provided to guests, and rooms are disinfected between each stay. Social distancing measures are in place, as well as physical barriers between staff and guests.
