Pretty location but we were charged way more than I was told and they didn't have the room available that I originally requested. They were renovating rooms all around us and started using power tools very early in the morning as well as hammering, making a late night of fun turn into a very miserable day from lack of sleep.

This hotel is first class and, unlike many hotels, did not treat those of us with dogs as 2nd class citizens. While there were no special accommodations for Fido, no bowls, beds, blankets or anything, we did get an exceptionally large room with a view of the river, comfortable bed, fridge, all the amenities that make a hotel a luxurious experience for humans. Our dog liked that there are paved and unpaved trails you can walk to.

We had a fantastic stay at Riverhouse. The room was spacious, clean, quiet and with a wonderful view of the river. I only give 4 bones because my pup is particular in where she does her ‘business.' There are no grassy areas for dogs, at least near our room. With my dog still on east coast time, an early morning potty run wasn’t possible. That is my only disappointment. Everything else was absolutely wonderful. A couple of blocks up the hill you can walk to the Deschutes River Trail. On my way back from walking my dog there we heard the live band playing at the restaurant. With the sunset, the river and the lovely music, it was a beautiful moment I won’t forget.

Nice rooms and ours was on the 1st floor with direct access to the river. Very handy for taking dog out. Parking also worked well for getting things into room. Ate at restaurant both nights as it was convenient, pet friendly and enjoyed the food.

Had one itty bitty turf area and other than that had to walk along the riverfront for pet relief. Room we stayed in had a peculiar smell. Lobby presents well, but room we were given was old and tired -- but clean.

The lobby staff was happy and accommodating. Even when they were slammed checking people in. Upon check-in we received a dog bowl, poop bags and treats for our pup. We ate dinner at the currents restaurant even though the back patio was closed they let us sit out there with our pup to eat. The food was good and the lavender lemon drop was amazing if you ask me! The room was clean and the bed was a little on the firm side for me but perfect for my husband. Only downside was trying to find a spot for our pup to relieve herself as there wasn’t a good place for her.

Went during low season and it was quiet and the sound of the river was so relaxing. The outdoor area for the dogs is right along the river trail. Rooms were comfy and the shower fantastic. Highly recommend. Very attentive to my dog at Currents restaurant—they went above and beyond. Water came out fast and they grilled him a chicken breast !!

Nice restaurant. It’s beautiful to walk along the river but the walk is in front of the sliding glass doors to rooms so may disturb people in the rooms.

Wonderful place for us and our dogs! Our room had a patio door at the rear which led to a dog walk area right above the Deschutes River. Poo bags were provided. The dog walk area was very clean too. Staff was very friendly, and seemed pro-dog (not just tolerating dogs). Likewise clean and welcoming for humans.

This was potentially the best hotel I’ve ever stayed at with my dog. It was apparently totally remodeled a few years ago, and doesn’t look that old. Great room with a patio opening to The Deschuttes River. You could walk out your door and swim. Appears that one building has all the dog friendly rooms, which meant if my dog barked once or twice, I didn’t feel like it would bother the neighbors. They were all in the same boat. Dogs welcome on patio dining areas. Speaking of food, it was AMAZING! The happy hour menu is fabulous. Can’t recommend this place enough. It will be my regular place in Bend. The photos posted don’t do it justice.

Room was spacious, beautiful, and view was amazing. Main dining area closed just before we got back from long day of activities but addl section next to it still riverfront, cocktails and food amazing.. both pet friendly. All staff was super friendly and helpful. Wish we'd stayed longer. Can't wait to go back!

On our second trip here we decided to bring our dog, he loves the riverside accommodations and the large toy, water bowl and treats provided at check in!
Rooms are great, nice and clean, food at the hotel is great! Such a nice place, look forward to our next trip!
