We were staying due to storm power outage and severe weather. Everyone on staff was so kind and caring about us and our pups. Place was quiet and clean, just what we needed.

We booked here due to the Residence Inn brand reputation and we’re disappointed. Grounds were very poorly maintained. Bag of garbage sat outside our door all during our stay and requested it be removed twice at the front desk. Room was not cleaned well and the staff seemed to lack a sense of urgency.

Large space for you and your dog to roam about. It was quiet which was very nice. Not a lot of pots and pans and you had to ask for coffee rather than it being in the room but the fridge was nice and the bathroom clean. Nice enough outdoors for the dog to potty. I would stay there again!

Regarding dogs, no problems. No charge for the dog and the people running the hotel were very polite and attentive. But it was a bare bones operation in the time of COVID... the kitchen had few utensils and pans to use and cook with. No fry pan no oven pan or tray, no saucepans or anything to use in oven or cook with. They did find us a pan upon request but please!, why provide a full kitchen with nothing to cook with?

This hotel is roomy and comfortable. It was quiet, clean and the staff was helpful. We even met extended family in the courtyard so we could visit and social distance. There was room for our dog to take care of his business and it was kept clean.
