Quick and easy check-in and out.

This is 2nd time I've stayed here since it is so close to where I needed to be. Rooms are very clean. Housekeeping does a wonderful job. The area and other guests are the problem. Guests were scary and the adjoining property/streets are filthy. There is plenty of grass, but walking the dog is dangerous because of all the broken glass up and down the streets, sidewalks and in the grass.
Furniture and open bags of trashed dumped on the opp side of the entrance street. Guests were hanging outside the rooms. One lady looked like she was piercing her friend's ear! I was too scared to leave my room to walk the dog after a woman in the room next door made the most bizarre and aggressive comments about my dog not wanting to stay there, implying he was too posh? I have no clue how many people were sharing that room.
I have a huge, 140 lb, black male dog. I travel most weekends w him for dog shows. Have to stick to budget hotels. Some have been really, really dodgy but this was 1st time I felt like I couldn't even leave my room to walk him. Saving $20/$30 a night for that experience is not worth it AT ALL.

I felt truly welcome here. It is clearly family run and they seemed to care honestly about my stay and my travels. Good area to walk the pup. I would stay here again for sure!

I needed a refrigerator and none in assigned room. Also, a new charge for a safe in the room? What the heck is that? Bed very comfortable.

Rooms have been very recently renovated and were in very good shape. Remember no breakfast just coffee. Hallway rugs were the worst I have ever seen in a hotel. Hope they clean or replace them soon.

As budget hotels go this one is good. Don't expect to pay 80 bucks and get the Ritz. Clean rooms with hard flooring, a plus with the dog. Comfortable beds.

The room felt damp, the shower drain was ringed with rust, there were tears in the wallboard and plastic pieces broken off the AC unit. When we were ready to leave, the parking lot was blocked by five Sheriff's cruisers. The officers were questioning several men on the property who were not hotel guests.

Booked for $150 per room and night through BringFido. While there, advertised rates were just over 1/3 of that. Room was noisy with drunk guests hanging out just in front of my window till 2am and early risers getting ready to leave at the crack of dawn and feeling it was time for everyone else to get up too. Phone didn't work. Floors were sticky. Bedding was clammy. Bathroom smelled like a public pool. Only dog friendly restaurant nearby did not accept dogs at all due to patio work. Starbucks for breakfast was super rude when I walked in to order; some sorry excuse for a breakfast to go with dog in tow because he was not allowed to stay alone in the room. I really don't know what I was thinking other than needing a place to stay with my dog.

Stairwell was filthy, mattresses were sagging, room was barely adequate. The only one that slept well was our dog!

We enjoyed our stay especially because the red roof was surrounded by lots of green grass and space and not crowded in amongst fast food restaurants and motels. Our dog Twig was very happy there too.

we were charged a pet fee, the room was passable but not anything I would do twice. I was happy to see that the stranger that used the room before me used soap and shampoo in the shower, but housekeeping didn’t need to leave their leftovers for us. makes me wonder if the shower was even cleaned.... wish I noticed before I got in. the outside of the building is LOADED with cigarette butts, not cool to be walking your dog through. you get what you pay for but over $100 for a few hours sleep just wasn’t worth it
