Nice hotel
Steve in Huntingtown
We were impressed with the hotel. Rather upscale, although a bit far from the center of town. We were given a handicapped room on the first floor so the room seems spacious. Nice hotel grounds for walking, too.
Great Place
Bobby in Frisco Tx
This was a great hotel, the people there were very friendly and the hotel was in a great setting. My golden retriever loved walking in all the grassy areas, as well as through the lobby where everyone talked to her. I would highly recommend this place if you’re are stopping over in Nashville and traveling with your pet. Rooms were clean and comfortable.
Clean hotel, dont like the $100 fee for noise
Carly Valdez Fuller in Tampa, Fl
My father and I stopped in to stay the night to break from our 24 hour road trip and it was very accommodative, however, I don't feel that $100 "noise fee" is fair. One of us had to be in the room at all times as my dogs were naturally angst from the trip. I would suggest they designate a floor for pet owners to alleviate this.
Rating My Stay
Dr Martha Dorsey in Atlanta, GA
Staff was extremely friendly and knowledgeable of the area, and the hotel was very clean and my room was incredibly big and comfortable. Met my needs. I do have concerns with the pet policy with allowing guests to enter the Main Lobby ) and walking around (parade around) with their pets on a lease throughout the Main Lobby although their pets are on a lease. I do not agree with this policy and have concerns with the Staff stating this is a Sheraton Policy. I have been to very great Sheraton Hotels -- great lobbies, buildings, facilities and great Sheratons and I have not witnessed guest entering and walking throughout the Main Lobby Area with pets (large and small) on leases around other guest in the MAIN LOBBY. THIS MUST BE A POLICY OF THE SHERATON MUSIC CITY NASHVILLE, TN.
Great Hotel - Terrible Staff
lisafox in Tennessee
We went with another couple to Nashville for Christmas shopping and stayed at this hotel. The rooms were great; the hotel is brand new and very stylish and comfortable. There is no pet fee or weight limit which I really like. My only complaint was that we got into Nashville at 2 pm and I had called the day before to ask if we could check in early and they said yes. Check in was supposed to be at 3 pm and the front desk clerk swore there was no possible way for us to check in before three because the rooms were not clean yet. They made us sit in the lobby and wait til exactly 3:00 to check in. Then to beat it all, the next morning at 7 am (checkout was at Noon), housekeeping knocks on our door wanting to know when we can check out so they can clean our room! The hotel was great and in a great location, but the staff could use some training in customer service.
Bad Change in Pet Policy - Oct 2011
Jesse in Indiana
As of October 2011, Sheraton makes you sign a Pet Policy upon check-in that states you cannot leave your dog in the room unattended. Plus, if they have one single noise complaint, you WILL be assessed a $100 FINE on your bill PER DAY that they receive a noise complaint. They did it to several members of our group, which we later got reversed after a "discussion" with management. We won't go back there.
