This hotel is on both sides of the street. Lobby and breakfast on one side and our room and dog walking area in the other. We were moving cross country and towing a pop-up camper so parking was a concern when we arrived late in the dark. The desk agent came over with us and showed me where I could park and helped me back in the camper so we could unload. There was also great parking on the lobby side, but that would have meant moving again. Breakfast was good. nicely themed dog walking area off the back door of our room. Very convenient.

Without a doubt this was the best hotel we've ever stayed at with our pup. They had a care box ready for us on arrival with a special blanket, Yeti water bowl, and bag of treats. The room was nearly twice the standard room size and there was a well maintained grass area for pup relief just steps away from our room door. The kids loved the pool and everyone loved the breakfast - even our pup. He was welcomed everywhere we went on the property and got many pets. Will definitely make this a return spot and recommend it to others.

The front desk gal was exceptionally friendly. I hate to downgrade the hotel, but the room was a little shoddy and had a smell.

The bed was so comfy. It is an older hotel, but the rooms were very clean and the had extra accommodations for my dog such as a towel/sheet to lie down and sleep on, a dog dish, and a treat and a couple of poo bags!

The hotel is two parts across the town’s main street connected by a sky bridge. The potty area is by the lobby but our pet friendly room was across the street on the backside. The parking lot is right up against personal homes, one of which has a chain length fence with four large dogs that start barking (and kept barking) at 7am, which made our dogs bark and others in the hotel since the entrance to the rooms are on the outside. Otherwise, our stay was good. We did not receive any pet bag as mentioned in the description.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Best Western Sheridan Center. The staff was great, our room was very spacious and clean and the dog area was large, clean and stocked with poop bags. We always try to bring our own but it really sinks when you run out for that early morning bathroom break with rover and you forgot your bags and there are none to be found. This was our second stay and if we are ever back again down the road we will be back to stay for sure.
