This photo was taken in Tokyo, JP. You need to fix your web site. The photo submission flat out doesn't work. Being a computer consultant for many years, this is one of the worst web features that I have ever seen. Since when did Tokyo and Washington D.C. lose city status? This is a huge waste of my time.
