This photo was taken in San Diego, CA. Fiesta Island has a 90 acre fenced area where people walk, run and bike with their off-leash dogs. Unfortunately the city plans to develop the area. Fiesta Island Dog Owners is a 501(c)(3) that is trying to save the area. They have 14,000 supporters who agree.
